Buganda Agro Parks are BICUL-led agricultural investment hubs established on Kingdom land to promote modern, mechanized, and sustainable agriculture. These parks are strategically located in fertile regions like Ssingo and Kyaggwe, and focus on value chains such as coffee, maize, soybeans, and horticulture.
BICUL partners with private investors, farmer cooperatives, and agribusinesses to deliver services like irrigation infrastructure, seed distribution, extension services, and on-site processing plants.
