Monitoring and Evaluation
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Office was established under the Partnerships Department within Buganda Investments and Commercial Undertakings Ltd.
Its core mandate is to ensure that all obligations and commitments outlined in the Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) signed between the Buganda Kingdom and her partners are fully implemented and monitored for impact.
This office plays a critical role in fostering mutually beneficial relationships by ensuring that both the Kingdom and her partners derive tangible value from their collaboration.
The Kingdom leverages these partnerships to deliver essential services and development programs to her people, advancing key sectors such as education, health, agriculture, environment, and youth empowerment. Meanwhile, partners benefit from increased visibility, enhanced brand reputation, and positive public relations, as they are seen contributing to meaningful community development initiatives within the Kingdom.
By tracking outcomes and evaluating progress, the M&E Office ensures accountability, learning, and continuous improvements so that the fruits of partnership are not only realized but also sustained for long-term impact.
