The Enkulakulana ya Buganda Program (EBP) is a flagship economic development initiative that seeks to empower households in the Buganda region through entrepreneurship, cooperative development, and financial literacy. The program works in partnership with local governments, Buganda’s clan system, and faith-based organizations to identify vulnerable communities and offer them access to SACCOs, farming inputs, and enterprise training.
